Album cover

This is the back panel of the album cover. Again, we edited the photo and we used some conventions so that the audience would be able to identify our album in a real shop, but we added some of our own ideas such as the extra content that customers can access when they buy the album. I thought this would be a great idea, as those people who have spent their money would be able to interact with Lexi and get something back for supporting her.


We decided to use a shot that I had taken for the inside cover. From the start of the project, George had the idea to use one wide photo across the whole inside sleeve as this is not something commonly seen. So on the first shoot, I thought about using a shadow to go across the sleeve and with the help of Chris, our new technician, we were able to even have a swallow and it's shadow!

This is what the final album cover looks like. We're really pleased with it, as it's how we wanted it to look. I feel that it's quite strong as it engages fans and is quite quirky, yet still fulfills institution areas.
