I like the way that this video has been edited. For example at 0.29, Will goes from being in the airplane to walking down the stairs. He is still in the same position, though and this graphic match is very clever. We see this type of editing many more times. Another example is at 1.05 when Will is in the bar then we cut to see him in the car. The locations and Will's acting give the video a very fun mood, which is essential in creating a video that matches the song.
It could be tricky to create good cuts like director Wayne Isham has done, but we could still try. This video, along with others like Cosmo Jarvis', also shows that you really need the right actors and mise-en-scene to create the right mood for the song.
